About Us
Crossroads Village is owned locally by people who themselves have businesses in the community.
Together, under the banner of Futurevest Investments, the group acquired the shopping centre. This was in September 2004. Their plan for Crossroads Village began with a strong commitment to the community, and with sound planning, significant renovations, expansion and a fresh new look. The future of Crossroads has never been brighter.
The plan for Crossroads Village came together very well as investments were made in complete renovations, expansion, and a fresh urban look.
Crossroads Village Foundation
The Crossroads Village Foundation is our way of recognizing that community support is what makes us successful. It is one way that we can give back to the people of Powell River.
Crossroads Village is contributing a portion of its annual revenues towards the long-term vision of building an investment fund of $200 million. Our Foundation exists under the umbrella of the Powell River Community Foundation who provide administration and registration of the funds. Each year, a portion of the funds are going to return back into the community.
